If life is stable but something in you is asking for greater clarity, purpose, or direction, that's exactly what these sessions are for. Twin Rivers Advising is a confidential, one-on-one practice based in Norfork, Arkansas — helping people move from "fine" to fully aligned.
Sessions offered virtually, in person, or hybrid. Named for the confluence of the White River and North Fork River — where two currents become one path forward.
Knowing which one you need right now is the most useful thing you can figure out before booking anything.
If you're in crisis, overwhelmed, or dealing with a mental health condition, that calls for a psychologist, physician, or crisis service — not this. That work is essential, and I'll gladly point you toward it.
You're functioning fine — but "fine" isn't the ceiling you want to live under. You want sharper clarity on purpose, direction, relationships, or leadership, and a thinking partner to help you get there.
Restoration and development aren't in competition — they're just different tools for different moments. It's okay to need one now and the other later.
A partial, color-coded view (following the rainbow / chakra spectrum, root to crown) of the states-of-consciousness scale used in session work — based on the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins, used here with appreciation and not reproduced in full. Below courage, restoration comes first. At and above it, this kind of development work can begin.
Here's exactly what happens if you book a session — no surprises.
A 90-minute conversation where we map your current life, what's working, and what you actually want more of.
Not a generic framework — a direction shaped by your goals, your constraints, and how you actually think.
Simple, concrete practices you can actually keep, with support between sessions when you need it.
We explore what matters most to you through open, respectful, and confidential dialogue — you lead, I guide.
You'll leave with sharper self-awareness, a clearer read on your own patterns, and a better sense of what you actually want.
Every session ends with something concrete to try — not homework for its own sake, but real movement.
Every path starts with a real conversation, not a sales call. Payment plans are available for multi-session pathways — just ask.
One 90-minute session. The easiest way in — a real strategy session that also helps us figure out together which path fits you best.
Six weekly sessions over about six weeks. Best if you're ready for real, focused change.
Twelve weekly sessions over about twelve weeks. Best if you're committed to sustained change and want momentum, not gaps.
For graduates of the 6- or 12-week path who want to keep the momentum going, at a flat monthly rate.
You come in with inherent worth and real potential — not a problem to be fixed.
You stay the author of your own decisions. I'm a guide, not an authority.
This is a process, not a single fix — and that's treated as normal, not a shortcoming.
No single framework owns the truth about your life. We use what actually helps.
Insight only matters once it changes how you actually live day to day.
If something's outside my scope, I'll tell you and point you to who can help.
Transparency and respect guide every session — including about fees, limits, and outcomes.
Read this before you book. It's the clearest way to know if this is the right kind of help for where you are.
Twin Rivers Advising is a non-clinical, educational, developmental practice. It complements — but never replaces — licensed healthcare, psychotherapy, or other regulated professional services.
Science, psychology, philosophy, and wisdom traditions have each explored the same enduring questions — who we are, why we're here, how to live well — but from behind their own specialized walls. This practice exists to help you draw on all of it, without needing to pick a side.
The aim isn't to erase those differences. It's to help you use them.
Reach out to schedule your intake conversation and pick the pathway that fits your current season of life. No pressure, no obligation — just a real conversation about where you are.
Sessions offered virtually, in person, or hybrid — based in Norfork, Arkansas. All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed without your permission, except as required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Sessions are personal — it helps to know who's on the other side of the conversation before you book anything.
I'm currently completing a Master's degree in Consciousness and Human Potential at MIU, which includes the Consciousness Advisor professional credential at its core. That sits alongside a separate Master's in Teaching and a background in health education and personal training — so the sessions you get combine real academic grounding with a practical, coaching-style approach.
I've also completed formal Transcendental Meditation (TM) training, which remains part of my own consistent daily practice — this isn't theory I read about, it's a practice I live. Twin Rivers Advising grew out of more than twenty years of independent research into consciousness science, comparative religion, and human potential, distilled into a practical framework you can actually use in your own life.
The book draws together six scientific domains, fifteen spiritual traditions, and twenty-four key thinkers — from Max Planck to the Rig Veda — around a single original framework I call Recursive Coherence Field Theory (RCFT): a first-principles model built on six axioms and an original Consciousness Field Equation.
It's the same underlying map that shapes how I approach sessions with clients — the conviction that science, psychology, and the world's wisdom traditions aren't competing explanations, they're describing the same territory from different vantage points. Reading it isn't required before booking, but it's there if you want the fuller picture.
